Marcia Antipa
Marcia grew up in Mill Valley, attended Marin Catholic High School and graduated in Journalism from UC Berkeley. Her career in broadcast news took her to Washington, DC, Sacramento and San Francisco –as a writer, reporter and news anchor. But inside there was always a song waiting to get out. Marcia sang in church choirs, performed in her high school musical, “Mame,” sang with the UC Berkeley student chorale, and later appeared in charity revues and a bedroom farce (“Cheaters”) in Sacramento. She performed in MMTC's "Kiss Me Kate" (2016) and "The Pajama Game" (2017). Marcia and her husband Ron have a son, a daughter, and twin granddaughters.
Marcia is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Marin Musical Theatre Company. |
