"I'm a METHOD Actor" Workshop

Everyone thinks they know what METHOD ACTING is. Well, they don't! But you could. In this acting workshop we will learn the technique and tools of "The Method": the oldest acting training in the United States. Marlon Brando did it! Marilyn Monroe did it! Why shouldn't you?
Zachary Isen is a Bay Area native and holds a BFA in drama from New York University Tisch School of the Arts. He has also studied at The Performing Arts Project and The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Zachary has worked as a teacher, choreographer, and director at Bay Area Children’s Theatre, The Urban School of San Francisco, The Performing Arts Academy of Marin, and Marin Musical Theatre Company. He currently works as a lead Musical Theatre Instructor at Oakland School for the Arts. He has most notably performed with San Francisco Playhouse, The Mountain Play, Marin Musical Theatre Company, Novato Theatre Company, and Sierra Repertory Theatre. Zachary has a passion for bringing the performing arts to everyone and using them as a tool to foster passion, creativity, self expression, empathy and cultural appreciation.
