Class Description:
Are you interested in pursuing a career in theatre? Are you just beginning your career and want some support? Are you a former pro performing looking to dip your toes back in? Are you someone who performs for fun and wants to learn more about the theatre industry? In this class you will be introduced to the behind the scenes BIZ side of Show Biz. You will learn about what it takes to make a career in theatre, get questions answered about headshots and resumes, and learn what performers need to prepare in order to be competitive. What is the difference between a manager and an agent? How do you get started submitting to projects? What does a casting director really do? What makes a headshot pop?! All these questions and more are answered in this one time seminar style class, with a Q&A at the end for any questions you may have left over.

BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State University
Other credits include: many principal roles in shows at regional theatres across the country, lead soloist on Aida Cruiseline, symphony soloist, recording artist, and experienced private voice teacher/coach
