Beginning Musical Theatre Dance
Time: Mondays at 6:30-7:30pm

Class Description: (Drop In Accepted)
You know you love to dance, and you know you love show tunes. In this class we will learn a variety of dance styles all while dancing to Musicals! Fast and slow. Jazz and Hip hop. Hamilton and Chicago. We will do it all. Mistakes encouraged. No prior experience necessary. Each session contains different content, so you can sign up for both sessions!
Zachary Isen is a Bay Area native and holds a BFA in drama from New York University Tisch School of the Arts. He has also studied at The Performing Arts Project and The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Zachary has worked as a teacher, choreographer, and director at Bay Area Children’s Theatre, The Urban School of San Francisco, The Performing Arts Academy of Marin, and Marin Musical Theatre Company. He currently works as a lead Musical Theatre Instructor at Oakland School for the Arts. He has most notably performed with San Francisco Playhouse, The Mountain Play, Marin Musical Theatre Company, Novato Theatre Company, and Sierra Repertory Theatre. Zachary has a passion for bringing the performing arts to everyone and using them as a tool to foster passion, creativity, self expression, empathy and cultural appreciation.
